Reconnect with family and friends and relax in our wonderful mountaintop condos! Beautiful scenic views of Snowshoe's resort. Steps away from the Ballhooter Lift (high speed quad lift). Slopeside condos overlook the slopes and offer easy access to the slopes. Just step outside the door, pop on your skis or snowboard and enjoy all that the mountain has to offer.
Mountain Lodge 316, 324 and 326 are newly renovated and boast many comforts not offered by other condos in Mountain Lodge. We have a custom made built-in oak ski racks, oak wainscoating, solid oak 6-panel doors throughout, and new furniture and solid hickory or cherry cabinetry. Be sure to look carefully at the photos of different condos in Mountain Lodge. You'll see that nothing beats the pure comfort and quality appointments our condos offer. The condos are located on the slopeside of Mountain Lodge with many windows and a large sliding glass patio door overlooking the ski slopes. You can't beat the convenience of our location. Perfect for families with young children who want to return to the condo throughout the day to rest or eat. Plus, Mountain Lodge is convenient for enjoying all the activities and attractions located at Snowshoe's resort!
It's no wonder that General Dynamics engineers selected one of OUR CONDOS to rent for the entire Summer of 2007 when working on a long-term project at the Green Bank, WV Radio Astronomy Observatory!
One of the favorite attractions for the younger skiers is Split Rock Pool, which is located just steps away from Mountain Lodge's back door. Split Rock offers a festive water-park atmosphere for young children, with slides and a fountain for loads of water fun. The adults will enjoy soaking in the hot tubs at Split Rock. There's also a sauna for those preferring a full spa experience.
Our condos are also steps away from Snowshoe's Central Village area, with restaurants and shops for everyone! Starbucks is right in the Village, so you won't miss your latte or cup o' java while you're away from home. Mountain Lodge offers DVD rentals at the front desk (main floor lobby) and you can sit and relax by the large stone fireplace in the lobby. Wildcat Provisions, Snowshoe's mountaintop grocery is nearby so you don't have to leave the mountain if you forgot any food or supplies for your trip.
Little ones will especially enjoy the arcade in the lobby area in Mountain Lodge, along with the Big Top, an arcade of galactic proportions (located in the Shaver Center). Enjoy the restaurant and comedy club located right in Mountain Lodge or stroll over to the village to see the night life there.
