Unit 316 has two spacious bedrooms, each with new bedding and furniture.  Each bedroom includes a queen size bed that sleeps two.  There is ample closet space and storage area for your clothing, for those who prefer not to live out of a suitcase.  The condo is approximately 750 s.f.  Sleeps 6

The slopeside bedroom is adjacent to the condo's main bath.  The second (interior) bedroom includes a private bath.  Each bedroom has a TV.

The living room area has a comfortable sofa and chair.  There is also a TV with video/DVD player when you're in the mood to relax and watch TV.

Right next to the living room area is the eat-in kitchen with seating for six.  The solid cherry cabinets are stocked with all the plates and cooking items you'll need.  You'll also have use of an over-the-range microwave (new in 2008) and full size appliances (stove, dishwasher and refrigerator).  Hardwood floor in the kitchen area and wall-to-wall carpeting throughout.  You'll feel right at home the moment you step into the condo!

This photo was taken following Summer 2009 renovation.  Both bedrooms in Unit 316 now have oak wainscoating for that comfy, cozy feeling.

Mountain Lodge is a non-smoking building.  No smoking is permitted in our condo.  Mountain Lodge does not allow pets.  Sorry, but you'll have to leave Fi-Fi at home.
