To start the reservation process, simply:

•      Click "Check availability" button located on Home Page
•      Select your preferred dates
•      Select which condo you wish to reserve (316, 324 or 326)
•      Complete online reesrvation request form
•      Include your contact information-telephone, incl. mobile, email, etc
•      We will email you the Rental Agreement; sign and mail with $300
•      Security deposit must be paid with personal check or USPS m.o.
•      Full rental amount must be received no later than...
•                60 days prior to check-in for credit card payments, or
•                30 days prior to check-in for personal checks/money orders

NOTE:  THE SECURITY DEPOSIT IS A SEPARATE PAYMENT THAT IS NOT INCLUDED AS PART OF THE RENTAL AMOUNT.

Once we receive your security deposit and signed Rental Agreement, we'll notify you via email that your reservation is confirmed.

Full payment of the rental amount is due 30 days prior to check in (if paying by personal check of USPS money order) or 60 days prior to check in if paying by credit card (Visa & Mastercard accepted).

This age restriction is strictly enforced at check-in.
