"In case of cancellation by the Guest, he or she shall have right to a full reimbursement (damage security deposit and rental amount), minus $50 (Fifty Dollars) for administrative fees, if the Owner is able to rent the Property for the same rental period.  However, the Guest shall have no right to reimbursement if the Owner is unable to rent the property for the same rental period.  Furthermore, no credit shall be given for late arrivals or early departures.  There are no exceptions to this cancellation policy."
